Join ECCO on Cape Ann to Canvas for Questions 1 and 4!

Some of our members have expressed an interest in canvasing for Questions 1 or 4. Over the transom from ECCO comes an opportunity to do both, on Sunday October 2:

Join ECCO on Cape Ann to Canvas for Questions 1 and 4!

What: Elections are fast approaching, and there are two critical questions on the ballot. We need ALL hands on deck to pass Yes on 4 for Safer Roads and Yes on 1 for Fair Share! This is an opportunity to connect with community members across Cape Ann who care about racial and economic justice while doing the most important thing we can do before elections: talk to voters. The Essex County Community Organization (ECCO) will provide a short training, materials, and some snacks; all you have to do is show up with a fully charged phone and canvas! If possible download the Minivan Touch app beforehand to be prepared. RSVP by clicking here.

When: Sunday, October 2nd, 11:45 – 3:00

Where: We’ll meet outside of the UU Society of Rockport (4 Cleaves St, Rockport, MA 01966) for training, and then drive in pairs to our canvassing locations in Gloucester.
