Many Rockport Dems have expressed an interest in BLM activities and goals. One way to show support for voting and other rights in Rockport is to take part in the annual Rockport MLK parade run by the Rockport UU church. Due to COVID, this year’s parade will be switched to a car caravan.

MLK Car Parade Monday Jan 17 
Will start gathering at 10am along Back Beach with cars aimed in the Granite St direction (roughly north). The car parade will officially leave Back Beach at 10:30 am.    
Posters are good (balloons tend to become litter ). Promote celebration, peace, love!
